1. Nature of the service
FlowDent is an online tool that supports the daily management of a dental practice. FlowDent is NOT a certified Electronic Patient Record (EPR/EPD) and may not be used as such. FlowDent does not replace certified medical software in any way.
2. Liability
The user is solely responsible for the data entered into FlowDent. FlowDent cannot be held liable for data loss, damages, or any harm resulting from the use of the service.
3. Security
FlowDent takes the following measures to protect your data:
- Encrypted passwords (bcrypt)
- Isolated workspaces per practice
- Daily backups
- CSRF protection on all forms
- Ability to export all data
- Ability to delete the complete workspace
4. Pricing
The first month is free. After the trial period, paid subscriptions may apply. Current pricing is displayed on the website.
5. GDPR
FlowDent is GDPR compliant. Data export and anonymization, audit log, timestamped digital signatures.
